Shipping Policy: Orders are processed and shipped in the order they were recieved, based on when item was paid for. For our carriers, we utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx. While we will make every attempt to ship your order ASAP, please allow up to 1 week from placing your order for us to fulfill shipping & processing. We appreciate your patience! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if something from your order is missing. We do not currently offer Free Shipping, sorry!

Return Policy: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase To start a return, you can contact us at at customersupport@desertoasisminerals.com and provide the details surrounding a return. If your return is accepted, we will provide the shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note that while we try to expedite resolution, email responses may not occur until the evening USA time.

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the return was approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Note that it can take some time for your bank/credit card company to process and post the refund after it is submitted
