Hackmanite is a fascinating  variety of sodalite known for its unique property called tenebrescence (or reversible photochromism), where it changes color when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light and gradually returns to its original color in darkness or visible light.

These palmstones / Soapstones are polished, but the polish isn't top-of-the-line, but these are still beautiful! UV taken with 365nm Longwave UV fluorescent lights
